About
Built for Texas business owners who are ready to move
Not the ones still thinking about it — the ones ready to do the work.
Why we built this
The internet is full of information about how to start a business. There are government websites with official instructions. There are YouTube videos. There are blog posts and Reddit threads and free guides.
And yet, thousands of Texas entrepreneurs are still sitting on their idea — or they filed something incorrectly, or they never opened a business bank account, or they have a business but can't figure out how to pursue government contracts.
The problem is not lack of information. The problem is the implementation gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it correctly, in the right order, without getting stuck or second-guessing every step.
What we do
We run live virtual implementation workshops. Not webinars. Not courses. Not passive education.
You show up ready to work. We guide you through the actual steps — filing, registering, setting up accounts, completing documents. When the session ends, you have tangible results, not notes.
We focus on two specific tracks:
- Open for Business — for aspiring Texas entrepreneurs who want to form their LLC correctly and leave with a working business structure.
- Government Contractor Ready — for existing Texas businesses that want to pursue federal and state government contracts and need to complete the registration and positioning work to compete.
Our approach
We are practical and direct. We do not sell motivation or mindset. We help you complete specific tasks with specific outcomes.
We also publish free roadmaps — detailed step-by-step guides covering the key processes: LLC formation, EIN, sales tax permits, SAM.gov registration, CMBL registration, capability statements, and a full contractor readiness checklist.
Use the roadmaps for free. Come to a workshop when you want expert guidance and accountability to make sure it gets done correctly.
Who we serve
Texas entrepreneurs and small business owners at two specific stages:
- Those who want to start a business and need to do it correctly from the beginning
- Those who have an operating business and want to access government contract opportunities
We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal or tax advice. We provide structured implementation support — helping you navigate processes that are technically accessible to everyone but practically daunting without a guide.
